I use clean machine for all my dry cleaning as well as my sons. They are quick, friendly, and always consistent. I’ve been to many places on the beach where they have ruined my clothes, but for the last few years that I have used them, I’ve never had anything ruined. Most of the clothes I dry clean are designer, some with very delicate fabrics. So it’s great I found somewhere I trust, and even so I recommend all my clients to go there as well!

Oscar provided grade A 5-Start Service. Not only in person during my initial drop off, but I missed my pickup over a holiday weekend and Oscar sent my clean and folded clothes to my residence (Out of FL). He was responsive, supportive, communicative, and professional. I'm actually surprised and quite relieved because South Beach has some very hit and miss customer service. Thank you Oscar and Clean Machine!! ~ A vacationer's rescue!

So happy with the service at Clean Machine at 12’th street. Family of four staying in Miami for 10 days. We ended up visiting clean machine twice. We delivered a large bag of dirty laundry and payed 20$. Same day delivery and everything neatly folded in paper bag.

We were saying in Miami @ 5 star resort on Collins Dr my husband spilled tea on his clothing & ran out of clothes. Hotel laundry service chg'd $12. + 50% addtl sur-chg on wkends for 1 t-shirt & my husband wasn't going to be gauged like that. He googled laundry service & found clean machine. I was skeptical & cringed @ the idea of a public laundry, but boy was I mistaken! Clean machine is reminiscent of the old-time launder that would professionally wash dry fold and package it in nice paper on, or before estimated time. They even give a courtesy call to tell you your laundry is ready for pickup. My husband spent $25. For an entire load of laundry vs.$18. on 1 t-shirt! 5 STARS!!!!!

I support this local business because they genuinely care about me and my clothes. I have used them for bulk washing of linens as well as my dry vleaning. I can always expect a friendly smile and amazing attitudes when I drop off and pick up my laundry.

I thankfully found CLEAN MACHINE on google when I needed my piles of laundry done while my laundry room was being fixed and updated. It seriously couldn't have been easier-schedule online, collect mountain of clothes and put in a plastic garbage bag in front of my house, and wait for it to arrive the following day all fresh and folded. You even get to pick your detergent and fabric softener. Couldn't have gotten by these past few weeks without it. Thanks again!
